Hudur (SDN) -Ethiopian forces in the region of Bakool have reportedly killed six civilians from the town of Hudur (Xudur).
Residents who witnessed the episode told our website the army opened heavy gunfire on the six deceased, the reasons why the unarmed group was targeted remains unknown. The former speaker of Somalia’s parliament councilman Sheekh Aadan Mahamed Nuur also known as Aadan Madoobe addressed the disturbing incident and said that an investigation will take place into the cause of death of the six civilians and who may be behind the killing, although he suspects that Al-Shabaab may be responsible for the incident.
Hudur city has been the site of recent clashes between transitional federal government forces alongside their Ethiopian allies and the radical Al-Shabaab group.
