Hamas targets Israeli Tanks with 105 Anti-Tank missiles

Gaza October 31, 2023 (QJ) -Hamas has stated that its military forces targeted Israeli tank units with guided anti-tank missiles in response to Israel’s offensive on the Gaza Strip, following the Hamas attack on October 7th, resulting in the deaths of more than 1,400 Israelis.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, issued a statement claiming that they engaged the Israeli tank units at the Gaza border, successfully targeting more than 105 tank units with guided missiles.
Hamas fighters also reported disabling two tanks belonging to the Israeli forces in northern Gaza, according to the Al-Qassam statement.
On another note, health officials in Gaza reported that the death toll among the civilian population as a result of Israeli military actions had risen to 8,306, including 3,457 children.
UN officials have stated that more than 1.4 million people, out of Gaza’s population of 2.3 million, are currently in need of humanitarian aid.
The escalating casualty figures have prompted calls from the United States, Israel’s closest ally, and other countries for a cessation of hostilities to allow humanitarian aid to reach Gaza.
