General Addow visits Harardhere frontliner
Harardhere (QJ)-The Chief of the Somali National Army, General Ibrahim Sheikh Mohiuddin Addow, along with a delegation of senior military officials, has arrived in the historic district of Harardhere.
The Chief was warmly welcomed by military officers and soldiers from the Somali National Army, becoming the first Chief of Staff to reach the city since its liberation.
Xarardheere was liberated from the hands of insurgents on January 16, 2023, with the support of the Somali Military and allied forces. The Chief encouraged them to prepare for the eradication of the terrorist group.
The Commander of the Somali National Army, who has spent much of his time on the front lines of the conflict in recent months, is often seen leading troops in former insurgent-held areas, overseeing the preparations for the upcoming battles.
