Cali Sandule, Xaqsoor deputy leader former Sool governor took the campaign of the fledgling party to Oog, Yagoori, Adhi Cadeeye and Lascanood. The caravane of Cali Sandule was greeted by huge crowds during each of these stops.
Cali Sandule who put his life on the line to put Lascanood back into Somaliland fold in 2007, was moved by rarely scenes of political euphoria and was at one point literally mobbed by hundreds of supporters in Yagoori. Huge crowds escorted Cali Sandule from Adi Cadeeye all the way to Lascanood. Traditional dances, massive rallies, heartfelt endorsements from elders and intellectuals, Lascanod in finally back into Somaliland political arena.
