How Somaliland Political Elections Entanglement Will End Up!

Dear, companion’s and patriots don’t be discouraged by The Senate returning the amendments. It is a great opportunity for us when it passes through the legal processes requesting some changes on the amendments of Law 14/2011, and Law 90/2020 means.

1) There won’t be organization’s direct elections , and it isn’t in the duty of The Commission to conduct direct organizations election.

2) There aren’t any constitutional circumstances to extend the president’s term that only has 45 days remaining and that no agreement has been reached on the matter, and the Senate cannot extend it. If they do! If the senate took the steps to extend The President term, it will be an illegal extension which can put the country in a dangerous positions which could lead to chaos. On the other hand, the Senate hasn’t the legitimacy to select some of the articles of the constitution by bypassing and ignoring others. For instance, like choosing article 83 that extends the president term, and ignoring and leaving articles 77 and 78 that clearly cites that the senate has to pass it by proceeding it throughout the voting procedures on the amendment submitted by the House of Representatives.

3) That the parties came through the elections of the public votes and can only be replaced by the public votes, as their licenses provides the legal rights.

4) That the only election that will take place in 9 months times will only be the Presidential elections in which the three current parties (Ucid, Wadani and Kulmiye) will be competing.

5) That on 23rd of February 2023 the Organizations’ active sheet charter will be expired, and will be illegible to exist in accordance to our codes and laws.

6) The Senate’s Chairman Salebaan Mohamud Adan will be the President of the country and led the elections as a Care-Taker. The Senate Chairman wasn’t a traditional Elder, but was a strong Politician whose main aims was The Presidential Seat for ages. And to achieve his ambitious goals, will forcibly follow the constitution acting upon article 96 (b)(t), 86(1) and 89(4) based on the failures and violations of the constitution by President Muse Bihi and his Deputies incapacities of holding the elections in due time, while only having 45 days left of his term.

So, it’s time to celebrate and congratulate each other, and specially congratulate The Senate Chairman, who will be the President of the State that will hold the elections and the good work he will do,, by restoring and putting the legal featured votes the amendments rule of Law 14/2011 and Law 90/2020
